Things you might want to know:

Star Pharmacy Group has been helping Australians be happier and healthier everyday for over 30 years. We operate 60 pharmacies across multiple brands including; Star Discount Chemist, Priceline and Terry White Chemmart throughout New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.

Our P&C team is lead by our General Manager People & Culture and consists of a P&C Business Partner, another P&C Advisor who supports QLD & NSW, Payroll Specialist and an Intern Program Manager. The P&C team also works very closely with Area Managers. We support 750 team members across our stores and national support office.

Our core values of trust, ahead of the game, be the change we desire, courageous together, passionate people and play to win underpin everything we do and guide our everyday behaviours. If these don't resonate with you, then this might not be the role for you.

Sick of paying for car parking in the city? Our office is based in the CBD fringe of Kent Town –  with off site car parking included.

Probably goes without saying that we offer flexibility and work from home arrangements.

What are we looking for?

First and foremost a great attitude! Someone who loves to add value and help drive organisational performance over and above the transactional elements of P&C. If you’ve got a few years experience under your belt this could be the perfect role for you. Prior experience providing support to multiple locations will be helpful but not essential, same goes for retail experience. It's important you enjoy being hands on and working in a small team where everyone supports each other to deliver requirements. Prior exposure to a variety of HR tools such as Page Up or Sage, Wageloch and Culture Amp or equivalent.

The icing on the cake for us would be someone with:

  • strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders (pharmacists, retail, support office, industry and external partners).

  • a can do attitude with a passion for customer service

  • alignment to our Purpose, Vision and Values

  • background and understanding of a company who has and is experiencing continual growth, acquisitions/new stores and size (ie 750 employees/60 sites)

Sound like you?
