This is a full-time role that offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and real responsibility from day one. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel to stores across our network from time to time to provide on-site support.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your studies and make an impact in a real-world IT environment. In this role, you will:
- Provide first-level technical support to stores and support office teams
- Assist with troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Support network systems and cloud environments (Microsoft, Office 365, Google Workspace)
- Collaborate with managed service providers and contribute to IT projects across the business
About You
You’re an enthusiastic problem-solver who enjoys helping others and learning new technologies. You’ll bring:
- A degree or qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- A strong understanding of Microsoft systems, Active Directory, and basic networking principles
- Great communication and organisation skills
- A customer-focused approach with a willingness to travel when needed
