Role Overview
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will do more than just dispense medications. You will lead a team, engage with the community, and deliver innovative healthcare solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and manage medication therapy to optimize patient health outcomes.
- Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Specialized Services: Expand your practice with services like vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
- Community Engagement: Host wellness events, workshops, and support groups, making the pharmacy a trusted healthcare destination.
- Leadership: Lead by example, manage budgets, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare KPI reports, budget trackers, and strategic business plans.
What You'll Need
- Current Ahpra Registration & Working with Children Check
- Experience with 7CPA professional services, DAA’s, and QCPP regulations
- Skills in budget, wages, and GP management
- Vaccination training
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one
