About the Role

You’ll work closely with the Pharmacist Manager and Retail Manager to:

• Provide exceptional customer service in our Beauty and Fragrance section.
• Share your passion for beauty products and help customers discover their perfect match.
• Assist with stock ordering, receiving, and merchandising, including setting up displays for catalogue promotions.
• Occasionally support the team with deliveries.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a community-minded individual with:

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• A passion for beauty, health, and wellbeing.
• S2/S3 medications certification (highly regarded but not essential).
• An interest and understanding of common beauty products.
• A valid driver’s license (required for deliveries).
