ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, your number one focus will be delivering a high level of customer service through ensuring customers’ webster packs are handled efficiently and care. Other duties in the role include:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assemble medicines for prescriptions
- Learning and relaying product knowledge to customers
ABOUT YOU
You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while upkeeping a professional presentation. You will be energetic and passionate about providing great value pharmacy health care to our community while also understanding the importance of being team oriented.
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated about assisting and educating our community on their healthcare
- Ability to work independently and also effectively within a team & take direction
- Friendly and team orientated demeanour
- Outstanding communication skills
- Previous Pharmacy experience (highly preferred)
The following are not essential but would be the icing on the cake for the ideal candidate
- S2/S3 medications certificate
- Experience using MINFOS
- Current Police Check or willing to obtain one
