About the Role
As Retail Manager, you will lead the day-to-day retail operations of the store and play a key role in building a high-performing, customer-focused team. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading, coaching, and developing a retail team to achieve business targets
• Driving customer engagement, loyalty programs, and in-store experience
• Managing stock control, merchandising standards, and store presentation
• Overseeing rosters, payroll, and wage management
• Ensuring operational, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
About You
You are an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
You will bring:
• Proven experience in retail management and people leadership
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence managing KPIs, budgets, wages, and store performance
• A hands-on leadership style with a customer-first mindset
• Pharmacy or healthcare retail experience (highly regarded but not essential)
• An S2/S3 Certificate (desirable)
• A current police check, or willingness to obtain one
